We believe in a smooth, worry-free shopping experience, which is why we handle the logistical details—including customs and remote delivery coverages—so you don't have to.
Processing & Delivery Timelines

Fast Handling: We value your time. Most orders are prepared and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Confirmation: You will receive your official order confirmation and tracking details within 1–2 business days of making your purchase.

Standard Delivery Window: Once handed over to our carrier, transit and delivery typically take around 8–10 business days to arrive at your door.
Supported Shipping Destinations & Address Guidelines
Currently, we support direct shipping to The United States, Japan, and the European Union (EU).

Regarding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Due to varying carrier restrictions, delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses is handled on a case-by-case basis. While we successfully fulfill many of these orders, some specific locations face strict carrier limitations.

Our Recommendation: To guarantee the fastest and most reliable delivery, we highly recommend using a physical residential or business address at checkout. If our system flags your specific P.O. Box or military base as undeliverable, our customer service team will reach out to you within 1 business day to arrange an alternative solution before shipping.
Shipping Costs & Terms

100% Free Shipping: TriHear proudly offers Free Standard Shipping across our entire delivery network. Even if you live in a remote or rural area, we do not charge extra shipping fees in almost all cases.

Exceptional Remote Locations: In extremely rare cases, if a remote destination does not have a viable or reliable logistics solution from our carriers, we may be unable to fulfill the order. If this highly unusual situation occurs, our customer service team will contact you immediately, and we will issue a full, prompt refund.

Delivery Delays: Because processing takes 1–2 business days and standard shipping takes 8–10 business days, please allow approximately 10–12 business days from your initial purchase date for your package to arrive. If you have not received your package after 12 business days, please contact us at support@trihear.com so we can track it down for you. If you require an expedited or faster shipping solution, kindly let us know before or immediately after placing your order.

Address Changes: To maintain our fast dispatch speed, shipping information cannot be altered once a product is en route. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you realize you need to change your shipping address before the item leaves our facility, please write to us immediately and we will do our best to find a workable solution.
Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes

No Hidden Fees: We believe in complete transparency. TriHear entirely covers all customs clearance fees, import duties, and regional taxes associated with your shipment.

What You See Is What You Pay: The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will never be asked by our carriers to pay extra customs fees or tariffs to receive your package.

Refused Packages: If a delivery is intentionally refused by the recipient despite all fees being pre-paid, any return carrier processing fees incurred by our warehouse to bring the item back will be deducted from your final refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
Your peace of mind is our priority. If your official tracking status states "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If it is still missing, contact the carrier immediately to file a local inquiry, and notify us at support@trihear.com. While we are not liable for theft after a confirmed delivery, our team will gladly partner with you to provide any documentation required to help resolve the carrier claim.
Refunds, Returns, & Damaged Deliveries

45-Day Risk-Free Window: We accept returns up to 45 days after delivery if the item is undamaged and inside its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. Learn more on our Warranty Page.

Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@trihear.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item's condition so we can prioritize a replacement or solution for you.
