30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a product if the product is free of any scratches, defects, normal functions, and complete packaging, which is still in new or like-new condition. For beyond 30 days, if there is no product quality problem, you will no longer enjoy the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you purchased through an authorized distributor of Trihear, please contact the distributor for return processing. Once the returned item arrives back in Trihear’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
One-Year Original Warranty
At the time of original purchase, Trihear provides an one-year original warranty. The original warranty covers repairs and one-time damage coverage per unit.
Shipping Costs must be Covered by Buyer in the Following Situations:
-Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
-Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
-Buyer’s accidental returns.
-Returning personal items.
-Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Trihear quality control to be in working condition.
-Returning defective items using international shipping
-Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
This Warranty Policy does not Cover the Following:
× Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
× Products expired their warranty period.
× Crashes or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors.
× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
× Free products
× Water damage or other damages caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
× Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.
× Damage caused by operating the product which did not follow instruction manual recommendations.
× Damage caused by a forced operation when components have aged or been damaged.
