Warranty & After-Sales Support

At TriHear, we believe hearing support should feel simple, reliable, and worry-free. Every authentic TriHear product includes dedicated after-sales support, a 45-day money-back guarantee, and a one-year limited hardware warranty for added peace of mind.

These policies apply exclusively to authentic TriHear products purchased through the official TriHear website, the official TriHear Amazon store, or an authorized TriHear retailer.

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, undamaged products may be returned within forty-five (45) calendar days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned products must:

  • remain free from significant cosmetic or physical damage
  • maintain all original normal functions
  • be returned in their original packaging with included accessories
  • be in new or like-new condition

After 45 Days

Once the 45-day return window has passed, products are no longer eligible for discretionary refunds and will instead fall under our standard warranty support policies.

Refund Processing

After your returned item safely arrives at the TriHear warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund promptly.

If your product was purchased through an authorized third-party retailer or distributor, please contact that seller directly regarding their specific return procedures.

One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

TriHear provides a one-year limited hardware warranty starting from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and necessary hardware repairs under normal use conditions. Depending on the situation, TriHear may also provide a one-time replacement support solution for qualifying hardware-related issues.

Situations Where Return Shipping Costs May Apply

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in the following situations:

  • Returning products for reasons unrelated to confirmed manufacturing defects
  • Warranty claims involving products used outside the original country or region of purchase
  • Accidental or mistaken returns initiated by the buyer
  • Returning personal belongings left inside returned packages
  • Products reported as defective but verified by TriHear Quality Control to be functioning normally
  • International shipping costs associated with certain warranty return requests
  • Returns sent without prior approval from the TriHear support team

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products without valid proof of purchase or official order records
  • Products outside the one-year warranty period
  • Damage caused by drops, crashes, fire, or other accidental external factors
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or opening of the device outside official instructions
  • Complimentary or promotional items
  • Water exposure, liquid damage, improper cleaning, or misuse contrary to official guidance
  • Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modification or incompatible chargers and batteries
  • Damage resulting from forced operation of previously damaged or aged components

How to Request Warranty Service

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • your order number
  • valid proof of purchase
  • a brief description of the issue

In some situations, reasonably priced diagnostic or repair fees may apply for services requested outside the scope of this limited warranty.

Damaged Deliveries

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the package and product condition
