Try your device comfortably at home and in real everyday situations. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in new or like-new condition, free from physical damage, with all original functions intact, and include the complete original packaging, accessories, and included materials.
Return Shipping
If a return is related to a confirmed manufacturing defect, TriHear will fully cover the return shipping costs.
For discretionary returns, such as change-of-mind purchases or personal preference reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you experience sudden hearing loss, ear pain, severe dizziness, or rapid hearing changes, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed audiologist or healthcare professional for proper medical evaluation.
This product is suitable for people over 65 years old who has hearing-loss.
Trihear Convo covers mild to severe hearing loss. However, hearing loss is different for everyone, so sounds may not feel comfortable to some individuals.
For Trihear Convo & Trihear Neco, you can control the volume of the two earphones separately.
