After placing your order, you will receive confirmation via SMS or email. If you don't receive it, please first make sure your order is completed and you have completed payment. If all goes well, please contact customer service at support@trihear.com so we can investigate!
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Go to customer service support@trihear.com. Please send us an email and we will be able to make changes if we have not shipped your order.

Do I need to pay duties?
If any duties are incurred, you are responsible for it!
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO?
We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We hope you love our equipment as much as we do, but if you don't love our equipment or something goes wrong, we offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and aOne-Year Original Warranty! Don't worry. Just follow the steps below.
1. Please be sure to contact our customer service team at support@trihear.com to detail your questions or feedback about our products. Although not required, we would appreciate it if you send photos of the problem so we can improve it.
2. Confirm:
- All merchandise must be returned in its original sales condition, unworn, cleaned or altered, with all tags still attached.
- All items must be returned with the original box.
- All items must be returned in one package.
3. We will reply to your email within 2 working days and inform you of the next steps, which is to send you another email or issue a full refund.

This product is suitable for people over 65 years old who has hearing-loss.
What level of hearing loss requires this device?
Trihear Convo covers mild to severe hearing loss. However, hearing loss is different for everyone, so sounds may not feel comfortable to some individuals.
My hearing level ia different in each ear, can this be adjusted for left and right?
Yes, for Trihear Convo, you can control the volume of the two earphones separately.
How long Trihear Convo can be used?

How long does it take to fully charge the hearing amplifier?
It will be fully charge in 50mins.
Could it be used with Type-C earbuds or earphones?
No, you need to use included earphones and type-C cable.
Notes: the earphones are customized for the hearing impaired in case of nosound or bad performance problems.

Cannot connect the hearing amplifier with Remote Microphone.
1. Make sure your hearing amplifier and Remote Microphone are both
powered on.
2. Hearing amplifier switch to Remote Mic mode.
3. Hearing amplifier and Remote Microphone are within 15m.

No sound from the receiver.
Please check if the Microphone is blocked, or the USB-C port is blocked,and make sure the hearing amplifier is powered on.
I couldn’t hear other people talking in a noisy environment.
You can set the hearing amplifier switch to Remote Mic mode, and holdthe Remote Microphone close to the speaker.
I could hear my own voice loudly.
You could use hearing amplifier with Remote Microphone.
Hearing amplification is not good.
Please adjust the volume by clicking +/- button to your suitable the volume.
Volume of TV is still not loud enough via the hearing amplifier is atmaximum volume.
Disconnected when moving Remote Microphone.
