Processing & Delivery Timelines

It generally takes 1 business day to process and dispatch orders from the warehouses. While in peak periods like holidays or Black Friday, Cyber Monday, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatching. Due to recent weather conditions in the United States and the holiday peak season, USPS deliveries may take longer than usual. We recommend allowing extra time for delivery and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Costs & Terms

Free Shipping: Trihear proudly offers Free Standard Shipping across our entire delivery network. Even if you live in a remote or rural area, we do not charge extra shipping fees in almost all cases.

Exceptional Remote Locations: In extremely rare cases, if a remote destination does not have a viable or reliable logistics solution from our carriers, we may be unable to fulfill the order. If this highly unusual situation occurs, our customer service team will contact you immediately, and we will issue a full, prompt refund.

Delivery Delays: Because processing takes 1–2 business days and standard shipping takes 8–10 business days, please allow approximately 10–12 business days from your initial purchase date for your package to arrive. If you have not received your package after 12 business days, please contact us at support@trihear.com so we can track it down for you. If you require an expedited or faster shipping solution, kindly let us know before or immediately after placing your order.

Address Changes: To maintain our fast dispatch speed, shipping information cannot be altered once a product is en route. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you realize you need to change your shipping address before the item leaves our facility, please write to us immediately and we will do our best to find a workable solution.
Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
- Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
- If the recipient refuses the package, is unwilling to pay customs fees, or the package is deemed undeliverable, your original shipping fee and an additional return shipping and processing charge of $45 minimum and accrued customs fees will be deducted from your refund when the package is returned to us.
- Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Also, we will not reimburse for these charges.
- Please be aware that import duties and customs fees in certain countries may be significantly high. These fees are charged by local customs and are not controlled by us. We recommend that customers carefully review their country's import taxes before placing an order, as all customs charges are borne by the recipient.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your official tracking status states "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If it is still missing, contact the carrier immediately to file a local inquiry, and notify us at support@trihear.com. While we are not liable for theft after a confirmed delivery, our team will gladly partner with you to provide any documentation required to help resolve the carrier claim.
Refunds, Returns, & Damaged Deliveries

45-Day Risk-Free Window: We accept returns up to 45 days after delivery if the item is undamaged and inside its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. Learn more on our Warranty Page.
