- Exceptional Remote Locations: In extremely rare cases, if a remote destination does not have a viable or reliable logistics solution from our carriers, we may be unable to fulfill the order. If this highly unusual situation occurs, our customer service team will contact you immediately, and we will issue a full, prompt refund.
- Unforeseen Delays: Shipments are subject to carrier on-time performance and availability. This includes potential delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our direct control.

How to adjust Tone?
Stpe#1:Double-click the "O" button on the Hearing Amplifier to activate the Tone adjustment option.(The Green LED will be on and this means the device now is in Tone adjustment mode.)
Step#2:Click the "+" or "-" button on the Left side(L+ or L-) to adjust the tone level.Press L+ for more Treble and Press L- for more Bass.
