- Fast Handling: Most orders are prepared and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive your official order confirmation and tracking details via email within 1–2 business days of making your purchase.
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods like major holidays, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday, processing and dispatching times may occasionally take up to 3 business days. We truly appreciate your patience.
- Standard Delivery Window: Once handed over to our carrier, standard transit and delivery typically take around 8–10 business days to arrive at your door within the United States, Japan, and the EU. For international destinations outside these regions, please allow 8–15 business days. Our standard delivery is completely Free of Charge.

Currently, we support direct shipping to The United States, Japan, and the European Union (EU).
- Regarding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Yes, we do support shipping to P.O. Boxes and military addresses on a case-by-case basis! Because delivery depends on local carrier restrictions, a few specific locations face strict limitations.
- Our Recommendation: To guarantee the fastest and most reliable delivery, we highly recommend using a physical residential or business address at checkout. If our system flags your specific P.O. Box or military base as undeliverable, our support team will contact you within 1 business day to find a workable, alternative solution before your package leaves our facility.

- 100% Free Shipping: TriHear proudly offers Free Standard Shipping across our entire delivery network. Even if you live in a remote or rural area, we do not charge extra shipping fees in almost all cases.
- Exceptional Remote Locations: In extremely rare cases, if a remote destination does not have a viable or reliable logistics solution from our carriers, we may be unable to fulfill the order. If this highly unusual situation occurs, our customer service team will contact you immediately, and we will issue a full, prompt refund.
- Unforeseen Delays: Shipments are subject to carrier on-time performance and availability. This includes potential delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our direct control.
🌐 Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
- No Hidden Fees: We believe in complete transparency. TriHear entirely covers all customs clearance fees, import duties, and regional taxes associated with your shipment.
- What You See Is What You Pay: The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will never be asked by our carriers to pay extra customs fees or tariffs to receive your package.
- Refused Packages: If a delivery is intentionally refused by the recipient despite all fees being pre-paid, any return carrier processing fees or accrued charges incurred by our warehouse to bring the item back will be deducted from the final refund.
🛑 Lost or Missing Packages
Your peace of mind is our priority. If your official tracking status states "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If it is still missing, contact the carrier immediately to file a local inquiry, and notify us at support@trihear.com. While we are not liable for theft after a confirmed delivery, our team will gladly partner with you to provide any documentation required to help resolve the carrier claim.
🔄 Refunds, Returns, & Damaged Deliveries
- 45-Day Risk-Free Window: We accept returns up to 45 days after delivery if the item is undamaged and inside its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. Learn more on our Warranty Page.
- Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@trihear.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item's condition so we can prioritize a replacement or solution for you.
